David’s Vending offers fundraising programs to special locations that are non-profit organizations, charities, schools or that are in the interest of employee benefits at a work place. Read below to find out more on our programs and how they work.
Schools
Who can participate?
Educational institutes, either public or private, serving children or adults. Certain levels of volume and demand must be demonstrated to qualify.
How does it work?
David’s Vending will install a machine at the facility owned or rented by the school. When students, staff and visitors start snacking from snack machines or drinking from beverage machines the coin drive begins! Gross sales will be divided quarterly and the school will earn a percentage towards its fundraising project.
Charities & Non-Profits
Who can participate?
Non-profit organizations or organizations doing work for and contributing to a community need at no charge.
How does it work?
If the organization owns, rents, or operates out of a facility that receives large volumes of traffic David’s Vending can install a machine somewhere in the area, at an agreed upon location. Where this is not the case, the charity or non-profit organization may scout out permission to place the machine at one or more alternative locations (usually busy public places). David’s Vending will then service the machine at the alternate location(s) in the interest of the charity. At the end of every quarter the gross sales will be divided and the charity or non-profit will receive a percentage to further help its goals.
Employees
Who can participate?
Any company or union organization that meets a certain quota of staff levels or expected sales volumes.
How does it work?
David’s Vending will install machine(s) at the location of the work places in staff-designated areas (or other agreed upon location). Machines are usually directed for employee use but can also serve the general public that visits the facility. At the end of quarter, the gross sales will be divided and a representative of the employee association or union will be entrusted with a percentage. This type of fundraiser is meant to benefit employee programs directly, such as Christmas parties or summer barbecue events. It is not meant to subsidize employee wages.
The Employee Fundraising Program is great for employers who already put aside a budget for staff events. A vending machine can supplement this budget and help return money back into the company’s operating costs.
